The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Auto Refresh

Auto Refresh is a lightweight Chrome extension that automatically reloads the current tab on a time interval you choose. Whether you're watching a live dashboard, waiting for a ticket to come back in stock, or just need a page to stay fresh, point Auto Refresh at the tab, set the interval, and forget it.
