The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Auto Mobile Wiki

A very light-weight plugin that automatically redirects all Wikipedia requests to the equivalent mobile version. The desktop version of WIkipedia is so wide, especially on big screens. It's far easier to read articles on the mobile version.
