AusTOIL

AusTOIL is a simple Chrome extension for Australian workers who need to keep track of their Time Off In Lieu (TOIL). Most workplaces don't track TOIL for you — and it's easy to lose count of what you're actually owed. AusTOIL fixes that. How it works: Set your normal roster once (e.g. 9:00am – 5:00pm). Then each day you work outside those hours, just log your actual start and finish times. AusTOIL automatically calculates how much TOIL you've accrued — including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays. Features: Set your normal rostered hours once — AusTOIL does the rest Log actual start and finish times per day Automatically detects hours worked outside your roster window Supports weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays Live TOIL prediction before you save an entry Running balance showing total accrued, taken, and estimated dollar value Configurable penalty rate multipliers to match your award or enterprise agreement Log TOIL taken so your balance stays accurate Export your full history to CSV All data stored locally on your device — nothing sent anywhere Built for: Shift workers, broadcast & media staff, healthcare workers, hospitality, retail, and anyone covered by an Australian Modern Award or Enterprise Agreement that includes TOIL provisions.
