Attention Guard

Every scroll you didn't plan to take, every autoplaying video you didn't ask for, every "just one more" — that's not an accident. It's a variable-reward loop borrowed from slot machine design, tuned to keep your brain checking for the next unpredictable hit. Attention Guard protects you without breaking the internet. It surgically removes the features engineered to keep you scrolling — the algorithmic home feed, autoplay, infinite scroll — from YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn. Search still works. Direct links still work. Profiles, messages, and groups still work. You keep every reason you opened the site; you lose the reason you couldn't leave. Per-site, per-feature control — toggle each intervention independently. Clean layouts — disabled sections collapse; no blank gaps. Stealth mode — no badge or on-page pill if you'd rather it work silently. Ad ads — we put you first. Zero data collection — no telemetry, no accounts required. You don't need more willpower. You need the trap removed.
