Build your knowledge base Upload trusted company information such as policies, product documentation, compliance materials, previous questionnaires, and approved responses. Asher uses this information to help answer future questionnaires. 2. Open a questionnaire When completing a business questionnaire in your browser, open AsherHQ from the Chrome side panel. 3. Scan the page Select Scan This Page. Asher identifies questionnaire fields, searches your company knowledge, checks supporting evidence, and prepares suggested responses. 4. Review the answer Asher can show the suggested response, confidence level, supporting evidence, source document, and relevant reference. You remain in control of every response. 5. Insert approved responses Once you are satisfied with an answer, you can insert it directly into the corresponding form field. AsherHQ does not automatically submit external forms. Built for trustworthy AI responses AsherHQ is designed to do more than generate plausible-looking answers. Asher first searches your trusted company knowledge and evaluates whether enough evidence exists to support a response. Answers can be identified as: High Confidence — strong supporting evidence was found. Needs Review — relevant evidence exists, but the response should be reviewed. More Information Needed — some useful information was found, but important details are missing. No Supporting Evidence — Asher could not find enough trusted information to answer. Conflicting Evidence — available sources disagree and require review. When information is missing, Asher can identify what additional information is needed instead of inventing an unsupported response. Source-backed answers Asher can link suggested responses to the information used to create them. For example: Question: Does your organization encrypt customer data at rest? Suggested response: Yes. Customer data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Evidence: Information Security Policy, Section 7.2 This helps teams review responses more efficiently and maintain consistency between questionnaires. Reuse approved responses When your team confirms an answer, it can be saved as an approved response. When Asher encounters a similar question later, it can prioritize previously approved information rather than starting from scratch. Over time, this creates a reusable company response library. Multilingual responses AsherHQ supports questionnaire workflows in more than 65 languages. Asher can detect the language of a questionnaire and prepare a response in that language while using the same trusted company knowledge. The system is designed to preserve important technical terminology, compliance meaning, company names, certification references, and source evidence. Translated responses should still be reviewed before submission, particularly where legal or regulatory language is involved. Privacy and user control AsherHQ only scans a webpage when you explicitly choose to start a scan. The extension does not continuously monitor your browsing activity and is designed to process only the content needed to assist with the questionnaire you are working on. AsherHQ does not automatically submit forms on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving responses before submission.
