The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About ArrowMem Paste Guard
Paste Guard warns you before you paste something sensitive into an AI chat.
It watches the composer box on major AI chat sites. When a paste, drop or
send looks like a payment card number, a Social Insurance Number, a labelled
Social Security Number, a labelled passport line or a secret API key, it
stops and asks first. You decide whether to send.
Everything happens in your browser. Paste Guard has no backend, no account
and no network access of any kind, so it cannot send your text anywhere,
including to us. The only permission it requests is local storage, for your
own settings.
Private windows are a special case: Chrome runs no extensions in
Incognito unless you allow them. To be protected there too, open
chrome://extensions, find Paste Guard, and turn on Allow in Incognito.
Open source, so you can read every line and build it yourself:
