ArbiBase

The ArbiBase extension is the browser companion to the ArbiBase CRM, for members of the ArbiBase operations team. It needs a personal extension key from the ArbiBase CRM and does nothing without one. Time clock • Clock in, clock out and take breaks from the toolbar. The badge shows your shift time. • A gentle reminder on the listing sites the team works on when you forget to clock in. • After 20 minutes without activity while you're clocked in, it asks whether you were working, so your timesheet stays accurate. • While you're clocked in, it counts minutes on the team's work sites by site name only, never by page address. • Today's target and your progress toward it, right in the popup. Listing panel • On a rental listing page, see whether the property is already in the CRM, its stage and the next follow-up. • Run a Greenlight analysis (verdict, revenue multiple, net per month and client fit) without leaving the page; profitable listings are added to the CRM automatically. • Copy the next outreach message (English or Spanish) and mark it sent. Follow-ups • The popup lists your outreach steps due today or overdue, with links. Privacy: the extension only talks to ArbiBase's own servers, never records the addresses of pages you visit or their content, and counts nothing while you're clocked out.
