Aqqrue Toolbar for QuickBooks Online

Aqqrue Toolbar makes accountants faster in QuickBooks Online. It adds a toolbar, command search and a set of SuperTools on top of QuickBooks — everything runs inside your own QuickBooks session, and every change to the books is previewed and confirmed before it happens. NAVIGATE FASTER • Command search (⌘K / Ctrl+K): jump to any page, report, client or tool. Type an amount, #check number or memo text to open QuickBooks' transaction search already filtered. • Favorites and groups: star pages and reports (with their settings) and open a whole set at once. • Client switching in one click, color-coded tabs per client, and a warning when a tab is showing a different company. • Select numbers on any page to see their sum, count and average. • Export any table or report to CSV. BANK FEED • Match helper: better match suggestions than QuickBooks alone — it also looks at transactions already in your register and ranks them by check number, date and payee. • Match all lines that have exactly one possible match, in one step. • Deposits made up of several Undeposited Funds payments: finds the payments that add up exactly and matches them together. • Exclude in bulk, undo anything, and see how each payee has been categorized before. • See the net of the bank lines you tick. RECONCILE • Find amounts, check numbers or text in the reconciliation. • Paste lines from your bank statement or CSV: each is matched by amount and nearest date, and you review the matches before anything is ticked. • Tick payments and deposits that cancel each other out. SUPERTOOLS • Reclassify Studio: move transaction lines to another account, class or location in bulk, with undo. • Merge Manager: merge duplicate accounts, vendors, customers, classes and locations. • Register Batch: bulk delete, or bulk edit memo, date, ref no. and cleared status in a register. • Journal Builder and Accruals & Amortization: build journal entries and schedules, exported as QuickBooks import files. • Chart of Accounts Explorer and Contacts Exporter (including inactive names). SAFE BY DESIGN • Anything that changes your books shows exactly what will change and asks you to type a confirmation word first. • No Aqqrue account, no Aqqrue servers: the extension talks only to QuickBooks, using the session you're already signed in to.
