AptSweep

New rental listings across the UK, Germany, Ireland, and the US — surfaced in your popup within 60 seconds. **Install the extension to find out which portals are supported. If you wish AptSweep to support a certain site, leave a comment! We'd love to hear your opinion/feedback on how to improve the extension in general!** AptSweep is a browser extension for renters who are tired of losing flats to faster applicants and re-typing the same enquiry message thirty times a day. Open a saved-search tab on popular supported portals and AptSweep watches it for new listings every 30 to 75 seconds. The moment a flat appears, it shows up in the popup. One click on Apply opens the listing's contact form with your message template (and, where the portal's form has them, your name, email, and phone) already filled in. You review, hit Send, the tab closes — done. On certain site where there is no such messaging function, Apply opens a reply email with your message pre-filled, ready to send from your own mail app. **Remember to sign in to those portals using your own credentials in order for AptSweep to work properly** AptSweep is a free extension which comes as-is. It is a hobby project. If you have any feedback, please leave them in the review, thanks! WHAT'S WORTH HIGHLIGHTING • Sub-minute alerts. New listings appear in your popup within ~60 seconds of being posted on the portal. • One-click pre-fill. Your application message template — plus personal details (name / email / phone / address) where the portal's form has them — are dropped in for you. • Application tracking. A checkbox auto-ticks when you click Send; applied listings sort to the bottom of the list, greyed out, so you never accidentally message the same agent twice. • Privacy-first. Everything runs locally in your browser, with your own session and credentials. Settings, listings, and your contact details live in chrome.storage.local — nothing is sent to AptSweep servers. • You stay in control. AptSweep never sends applications on your behalf. Every enquiry requires your own click on the Send button. SUPPORTED RENTAL SITES/PORTALS in 🇬🇧 UK 🇩🇪 Germany 🇮🇪 Ireland 🇺🇸 US More portals are in the codebase and will turn on as their selectors are verified. PRIVACY POSTURE AptSweep runs in your browser using your own logged-in sessions. There is no AptSweep server polling listing portals on your behalf. Your saved contact details and search settings are stored locally in chrome.storage.local — they never leave your device. Listing thumbnails are referenced from the source portal's CDN, never re-hosted or cached. Apply pre-fills a reply email (mailto or webmail) with your message; you send from your own mail app. • Improved: the popup now updates live — dismissing a listing, ticking Applied, and new listings all reflect instantly without reopening. • Fixed: no more "Extension context invalidated" errors after the extension updates or reloads. • Removed unused permissions per review feedback.
