Applydesk — Resume profiles & autofill

Manage internship applications with Applydesk. Create multiple resume profiles for different roles, then import a text-based PDF or TXT resume. Review the details Applydesk detects—including contact information, education, experience, projects, and skills—before saving your profile in an on-device encrypted vault. Unlock your vault once per browser session and lock it whenever you like. Your passphrase can’t be recovered if you forget it. When you’re ready to apply, open Applydesk, choose a profile, and confirm autofill. Applydesk fills recognized blank fields for your name, email, phone, location, LinkedIn, GitHub, and personal website. It preserves existing values and shows a report of fields filled or skipped. Review the highlighted fields, attach your resume, and submit the application yourself. Profiles work without an account. Optional Google sign-in identifies your account but does not sync, unlock, or back up your profiles. Basic feature-count sharing is off by default; you can change it anytime on the Account page. These counts never include resume text, job links, form contents, or filled values. Applydesk does not fill essays, consent or eligibility questions, dropdowns, file uploads, or embedded/custom forms—and it never submits applications for you.
