AppliReport

Tired of spending hours creating and maintaining spreadsheets of internship/job applications? Or even drudging through your hundreds of emails for them? If so, or if it stresses you out AT all, I have the solution for you. I'm Sam Jennings, a student at the University of Michigan, and I built AppliReport to solve this exact problem for myself; Now, I want to share it with you! ✅ Scans Your Gmail + Smart Organization: Automatically finds all interview invites or next steps, and every application confirmation, rejection, and offer. Organized into Applied, Interview, Offer, or Rejected. ✅ 100% Accuracy in testing; 100 times correct when tested on 500 emails. ✅ 100% Private: Your emails are processed locally on your computer. Nothing ever even touches a server! ✅ One-Click Setup: Connect your Gmail and see your job tracker grow in seconds. A clear dashboard of all your applications in one place will grow in front of your eyes. Export Your Data for CSV and Excel: Download your entire job hunt history as a CSV file for your own records. As the builder, I use this daily! Here is my workflow: Simple Setup Instructions: Install AppliReport. Click "Connect Gmail" and grant permission (standard, read-only access). Choose how far back you want to scan to (choose the date you began your job hunt). Click "Scan Emails" to analyze your inbox. That's it! Your personal job tracker is ready. "Built by a student for students and job seekers. I respect your privacy. This tool exists to reduce your stress, not to store your data."
