ApplicantGrid

ApplicantGrid works across major European and UK job boards and aggregators, including country-specific portals in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy. It captures applications from job listings and search results pages so you can track everything in one place. Stop copy-pasting job postings into spreadsheets. ApplicantGrid's Chrome extension captures the role, company, location, salary, and full description from any supported job board with a single click — and drops it straight into your ApplicantGrid account, ready to track through every stage from "saved" to "offer." How it works: Sign in once with your ApplicantGrid account. Open any job posting on a supported board. Click the ApplicantGrid icon → Save to ApplicantGrid. The job lands in your "Saved" bucket — review or move it into your active pipeline whenever you're ready. What you get in ApplicantGrid: • Kanban + list views of every application • AI-powered CV review, tailoring, and cover-letter generation • Interview prep tailored to each role • Email integration that auto-links replies to applications • Multi-language support (EN, FR, IT, ES, PL) Privacy first. No background scraping. No analytics. No tracking pixels. The extension only reads the active tab when you click the icon, sends data exclusively to your own account, and stores nothing in your browser beyond your session token.
