The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Anonymum: Use AI without exposing your data
Anonymum automatically masks your sensitive data before you share it with an AI — then restores the real values when the reply comes back. Everything runs in your browser: no text is sent to our servers.
WHY ANONYMUM
Pasting emails, contracts, client files, or code into an AI assistant? These tools are powerful, but your sensitive data has no business being there. Anonymum lets you use AI without exposing names, contact details, card numbers, or IDs.
HOW IT WORKS
• Write or paste normally into the input field.
• The moment sensitive data is detected, an Anonymum icon appears at the corner of the field.
• One click replaces the sensitive information with neutral placeholders ([PERSON_1], [EMAIL_1]…).
• When you copy the AI's reply, the real values are restored automatically — you keep the full context.
WHAT'S DETECTED
Names, emails, phones, addresses, dates, companies, amounts, bank cards, IBAN, API keys, passwords, and government IDs — including French and Québec formats.
PRIVACY FIRST
The anonymization engine runs 100% locally. The text you process never leaves your browser. The extension contacts our servers only to verify your account and subscription — never your content.
Anonymum works right in your AI assistant's input field. An active account (subscription or trial) is required; create yours at anonymum.ca.
