The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Anaplan Toolkit – Model Audit & Documentation
Anaplan Toolkit opens a side panel of reports on the Anaplan model in your current tab. It's built for model builders and integration developers who need answers about a model's structure without clicking through it screen by screen — and, new in 2.8, for cleaning a model up: delete line items in bulk from a CSV.
REPORTS
Actions
• IDs – internal IDs for every process, import, export, action and file, ready for API integrations
• Usages – where each action is used across Apps and Pages
• Steps – the actions each process runs, in order, with each import's source and target, and the actions no process runs. "Copy API call" gives you an Integration API curl command to run with your own token.
Pages
• Modules – which Apps and Pages use each module (backend to frontend lineage)
• Filters – line items used as page filters or for conditional formatting, each beside its condition, with the formatting colours
• Line Items – every line item the widgets on the pages you choose show, and where, by page and by line item
Saved views
• List – every saved view, grouped by module, with its ID
• Screens – which saved view each App page widget reads from
• Actions – imports whose source is a saved view
Structure
• Modules – dimensions, time scale, time range, line item and saved view counts, and the App pages that use each module
• Line Items – format, applies-to, time scale and formula for every line item. Search matches formulas too.
• Lists – parent, item count, and every list property with its format and formula
• Delete – delete line items and modules listed in a CSV, checked against the model first (see What's new in 2.8)
Revisions
• Every revision tag, who created it and when, and every model it was applied to
Lock Monitor
• Checks whether the model is available, busy, locked or offline, every second up to every minute, for up to 12 hours
• When the model is busy, shows what is running (a process, import, export or someone's change) and who started it
• Keeps working while the model page is stuck loading
• A timeline and a log of every check, with optional notifications when the model has been busy for 30 seconds and when it's free again
Workspace
• Current – this workspace's models (active, archived and deleted) and storage in use against the allowance
• All – storage for every workspace you can access, and every active model across them
IN EVERY REPORT
• Search, sort by any column, and export to CSV
• Results are cached per model for 6 hours, so switching between models is instant
• Summary gives you the model's IDs, size and counts at a glance. From there, "Get all data" gathers every report and "Download all as CSV" saves them as one .zip.
PRIVACY
• Every report only reads. The one exception is Structure › Delete, which deletes the line items you list, and only after you've checked them and typed the count to confirm. The toolkit never runs processes or actions.
• Uses your existing Anaplan session. It never asks for or stores a password or API token.
• Talks only to Anaplan, with no analytics and no tracking.
• Results stay in your browser's session storage and are cleared when the browser closes.
• Optional permissions are asked for only when you use the feature: notifications for the Lock Monitor, and downloads to auto-save the delete report.
HOW TO USE
Open an Anaplan model, click the Anaplan Toolkit icon in the toolbar, choose a report, and press "Get data".
Deleting line items changes your model. Try it on a development model first; if you use ALM, delete there and sync the change to production with a revision tag.
