About Ambient Light for Twitch
Bring cinema-style ambient lighting to Twitch.
Ambient Light for Twitch paints a soft glow around the video player using the colors of the current frame. The glow spreads beneath the page, the chat and the sidebar, so the whole screen reacts to what is happening on stream, just like ambient TV backlighting.
FEATURES
• Real-time glow that follows the colors of the stream
• Works in normal and theater mode, and on channel switches without reloading the page
• Supports both dark and light Twitch themes
• Lightweight: the frame is sampled at a tiny resolution, with a frame-rate limit you control
• Turns off automatically in fullscreen
SETTINGS
• Glow size: how far the light extends beyond the player
• Blur: how soft the glow is
• Opacity, brightness and saturation
• Twitch UI background: how transparent the chat, sidebar and header become
• Frame rate: lower it to save CPU on weaker computers
• One-click on/off and reset to defaults
