Altyst

Altyst turns the property listing you are viewing into a full, editable underwriting model. How it works: 1. Open a property listing in Chrome. 2. Click the Altyst icon in your toolbar. 3. Altyst opens with the listing read and a draft model built: income, expenses, financing and returns. Every figure in the model is editable and shows where it came from. Privacy: the extension acts only when you click it, and only on the tab you clicked. It reads nothing in the background and stores nothing in your browser. Requires an Altyst account (altyst.ai).
