The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Alongside — page learning partner

Alongside opens a whiteboard beside the page you are learning from. Connect a YouTube video, GitHub pull request, or article, ask a question, and watch an AI learning partner draw an editable explanation. Ask follow-ups in the same lesson and return to earlier steps. The extension uses the page you explicitly connect. It can read relevant text, available video transcripts, or loaded pull-request diffs, then sends that context and your questions to the Alongside service and its AI providers. Sign in with Google to save your private lessons. You can inspect agent activity and edit the board yourself.
