Alete BETA

Do you ever close your phone feeling drained, anxious, or exhausted by the digital noise? Modern feeds and algorithms are designed to grab your attention using fear, anger, and clickbait. Every day, you are flooded with sensational content specifically engineered to keep you scrolling. Alete is your Cognitive Editor—an agentic companion that runs ambiently in the background of your devices to make the subconscious effects of digital noise conscious, empowering you to actively manage your cognitive health. Rather than simply blocking the web, Alete acts as your quiet reading editor. It measures your exposure to key indicators of stress—fear, outrage, and sensationalism—and translates those patterns into clear, visual focus metrics. Through personalized daily briefs, Alete provides simple, practical adjustments, helping you recognize cognitive strain and take active charge of your focus. ### WHAT ALETE DOES FOR YOU: • SIGNAL DISTILLATION (The Cognitive Editor) Alete runs ambiently in the background of your feeds and content, reconstructing the text as you read. It neutralizes dramatic adjectives, clickbait framing, and artificial urgency—translating sensational content into calm, objective facts so you can focus on the core signal. • COGNITIVE AWARENESS (Measure the Exposure) Bring the subconscious effects of digital noise to light. Alete automatically measures your exposure to key indicators of stress: fear-based framing, outrage-inducing hooks, and sensationalism. By showing you how these patterns shape your daily experience, Alete helps you recognize hidden cognitive drains. • ACTIONABLE ALIGNMENT (Optimize Your Perspective) A practical path to focus optimization. Each morning, your daily brief breaks down your previous day's exposure and outlines simple, actionable adjustments. Learn how to take active control of your perspective, understand the forces shaping your attention, and adopt a practical approach to mental improvement. ### BUILT FOR YOUR COGNITIVE HEALTH: • SOVEREIGN PRIVACY: All sensitive personal data (such as passwords, medical, or financial information) is scrubbed locally on your device. Only clean text content is securely processed to deliver deep narrative analysis, ensuring your private inputs remain entirely yours. • NO ADS OR SPONSORS: Alete is supported completely by members, not ad clicks.
