Aladdin Job Agent

Aladdin helps you decide which jobs are worth your time and go into each application prepared. Open a job posting and click Analyze. Aladdin scores how well the role fits your profile, shows the skills you match and the ones you're missing, and writes a resume and cover letter tailored to that job. For companies where Aladdin has contacts, the Network tab suggests people to reach out to, such as recruiters and hiring managers, with a drafted LinkedIn message and email you can copy and send yourself. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with your Aladdin account and set up your profile in the Aladdin web app, or import it from your LinkedIn profile. 2. Open a job posting. On well-known job sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever and Workday, an Analyze button appears on the page. On any other page, analyze from the Aladdin side panel. 3. Click Analyze to see your fit score, a breakdown for skills, experience, location and salary, and a short fit summary. 4. Generate a tailored resume and cover letter. Preview them, download them, or drag them into the application's upload field. 5. Open the Network tab to see suggested people to contact at the company, where available, and drafted outreach messages. Aladdin never sends messages for you. • LinkedIn profile import: fill in your Aladdin profile from your own LinkedIn profile in one step. • Application tracker (optional, off until you turn it on): Aladdin notices when you submit a job application yourself, on job sites and career pages that show a job posting, including application forms embedded from the applicant-tracking systems Greenhouse and iCIMS, and asks whether to add it to your tracker. YOUR DATA • Aladdin checks whether a page is a job posting inside your browser. By default it only checks well-known job sites. In Settings → Privacy you can change this, or pause Aladdin on every page. • When you click Analyze, Aladdin sends that page to its servers to read the job posting. On every page upload, passwords, hidden-field values and the security tokens Aladdin recognizes are removed first. Page analysis is on by default; turn off "Allow page analysis" in Settings → Privacy at any time. • The application tracker is off until you turn it on. While it's on, it watches page loads and network activity in your tabs on every website, except incognito tabs, to recognize job applications you submit; that monitoring stays in your browser. When you click Apply or start an application yourself, it checks the page in your browser. If the page is a job posting and page analysis is on, it sends that page to Aladdin to identify the job, and it asks "Did you apply?" before saving anything. It never sends other pages. • The extension sends usage diagnostics (for example, whether an analysis worked; never page content) to Aladdin's servers.
