The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About AI Usage Quota Monitor
AI Usage Quota Monitor
Keep an eye on your AI subscription quotas without digging through settings pages. This lightweight extension shows your live usage for OpenCode Go, Claude, and ChatGPT/Codex, right from your toolbar.
What you see
- OpenCode Go — 5-hour, weekly, and monthly quota usage with reset times
- Claude — current-session and weekly limits (plus model-specific and extra-usage rows when returned)
- ChatGPT / Codex — weekly usage limit at a glance
Every window shows the percentage used and exactly when your quota resets, so you always know whether that big task is safe to start.
Features
- Opens as its own standalone window — pin it and leave it on screen while you work
- Auto-refreshes every minute; numbers update in place with no flicker
- Clutter-free dark/light theme that follows your system
- Optional macOS Dock launcher (see repo README)
Privacy first
- Everything runs locally in your browser — no analytics, no tracking, no external servers
- Data is fetched only from opencode.ai, claude.ai, and chatgpt.com using your existing sign-in
- Your OpenCode API key is stored only in your browser's extension storage and sent only to opencode.ai
- No cookies or tokens from Claude/ChatGPT are ever copied into the extension
Open source
Free and open source (MIT) — built and maintained by Finch Technology Enterprise. Code: github.com/finch-technology-enterprise/ai-usage-monitor-chrome
For the privacy questionnaire (the section above the description), answer:
- Data collection: No user data is collected or transmitted
- Permissions: cookies + host access to opencode.ai, claude.ai, chatgpt.com are required to fetch your logged-in quota data; used only for that purpose
Note: Claude and ChatGPT usage endpoints are internal web APIs that may change without notice — worth a sentence in your review notes so reviewers know the extension reads the same data the provider's own site shows.
