The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About AI-SRO
AI-SRO learns the jobs you repeat in the web systems you work in, then offers to do them for you. It is built for warehouse operations: the case it has been proven on is warehouse-management screens, such as creating customer types and equipment types in Blue Yonder.
Operations teams repeat the same work in the same web systems every day: the same lookups, the same forms, the same handoffs. AI-SRO watches that work in your own Chrome, in your own signed-in session, recognises a job you keep doing, and offers to finish it. The work itself runs on your organisation's server, not in your tabs.
AI-SRO needs an AI-SRO deployment run by your organisation and a credential issued by whoever runs it. There is no sign-up.
WHAT IT DOES
- Recognises a job you have started again and offers to finish it, with the values you already typed carried over. It asks for any value that is missing.
- Starts a job from a plain sentence typed in the side panel.
- Shows progress while a job runs, and lets you stop it. Where a delete job has been learned, you can undo a record the run created.
- Turns a mailed request into a card on Home: what arrived, what was noticed, and how it went, with a link to open the mail.
- Keeps one conversation per operator: what you asked, what came back, and what it offered. Recent tasks and a Waiting list show what is open.
CONNECTS TO YOUR TOOLS
- Any web system you sign in to. AI-SRO learns each job by watching it in that system itself.
- Gmail, through a connector: it reads a mailed request, and when a value is missing or refused it drafts a question to the sender in a chat of its own. The mail goes out only when you press Send it.
- The connector layer is open to other tools. Gmail is the only connector today.
HOW A JOB GETS DONE
1. Learn: you do the job once in the system while AI-SRO watches.
2. Offer: the next time it recognises the job and asks before doing the rest.
3. Run on the server: your organisation's server-side browser does the work, using direct API calls where the job is proven and driving the screen where it is not.
4. Read back: the result is read from the system to confirm it.
CONSENT AND CONTROL
- Nothing is observed until your organisation has enabled it, and then only in tabs you choose to watch.
- Sites your organisation lists are not observed by default.
- Passwords, tokens, cookies and other credential-like values are redacted in the page before anything leaves the browser.
- Screenshots are taken only when your organisation's policy allows them, and are limited per minute.
- Pause stops recording on this browser. An administrator can also pause it.
- "Delete the last hour" removes what this browser recorded in that time, from the server and from the device.
- The toolbar badge reads REC while observation is running. When it is not, hover the icon to see why.
