AI Resume Assistant – Job Application Form Filler

[What it does] This extension removes the most tedious step of applying for jobs online: retyping your name, phone, email, education and work history into yet another company application form. Open an application form, click "Scan" in the browser side panel, and the extension reads which fields the page has, which ones are required, and what options each dropdown offers. Click "Generate fill plan" and it matches those fields against the profile stored in your AI Resume Assistant account, then shows you the complete plan — every field and the exact value it intends to write. Only when you click "Fill" are the values written into the page. [It fills, it never submits] The extension will not press submit for you. There is no form-submission code in it at all, and the scanner deliberately skips submit controls. Reviewing, correcting and submitting is always your own final step. It also never uploads resume files or photos — it has no file-upload capability whatsoever. An AI Resume Assistant account, signed in on our website. The extension has no login form and never handles your password; it reads the session you already have on our site. 2. A completed profile on our website. The extension fills from the profile saved in your account, not from a resume file parsed on the fly. 3. When you are not signed in, the side panel shows a "please sign in" card and nothing else. 4. When local matching is insufficient and the extension calls AI to complete the remaining fields, that AI step is a PAID MEMBERSHIP feature. Non-members see a notice and can still use local profile matching. [About your data] · The extension reads the structure of the application form on the current page: field labels, types, required flags and dropdown option text. It does not read values you already typed into the form. · When the AI step runs, the form's field labels and option text, together with the profile stored in your account, are sent to our own server-side AI gateway to produce the fill plan. · After a successful fill, the extension automatically records the application in your account's application list. Doing so uploads the current page URL, page title and a page-text excerpt.
