It is paginated and print-ready, and before it exports you can set the file name, the document title, the page size and orientation, a light or dark theme, and whether timestamps, the model name and page numbers appear. If you would rather have something you can keep editing, Markdown drops into a notes app with the headings and code blocks intact, and plain text is there as a universal fallback for when formatting does not matter. For work that carries on after the export, JSON preserves the structure of the conversation for scripts and pipelines, and CSV opens in a spreadsheet when you want to sort or tag messages.
