The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Afterthought notes

A simple note taking application that automatically deletes your oldest notes. The app is perfect for individuals working in fast paced environments, where you have to remember a lot of info from one day to the next, but is in no way meant as a long-term storage solution. You can store up to 6 notes of 1000 characters each. When a 7th note is added, your oldest note will automatically be deleted.
