Addenda — Canadian Bid Portal Copilot

Stop missing addenda. Public bid portals tell you a posting changed — they don't show you WHAT changed. Addenda does. Open a tender on Alberta Purchasing Connection, CanadaBuys, or BuildWorks and press "Track this opportunity". Addenda snapshots it locally. The next time you (or it) look, it flags new addenda, moved closing dates, status changes, and added or replaced documents — and shows a clean redline of exactly what moved, in plain legal markup. - Deadline countdowns with an at-a-glance toolbar badge. - Change redline — see the precise wording, quantity, and date changes between versions, not just a "this was updated" notice. - Change alerts and closing-soon nudges, all from your own activity — Addenda never crawls portals in the background. - Amendment history per posting, and one-click CSV export of your tracker. - Private by design. Your tracked bids and snapshots stay on your device. Cornerstone Pro adds PDF document diffing: compare the text of the previous and revised PDFs you've downloaded and see a redline of the changed clauses — entirely in your browser, with nothing uploaded. 14-day free trial; CA$39/month or CA$390/year. Already a Cornerstone Contracts subscriber? Link your account in Settings and a paid Cornerstone plan (Pro or Enterprise) unlocks Addenda Pro automatically — no separate purchase. The official portal posting and its documents are always authoritative. Addenda is an assistive overlay built for Canadian estimators and bid coordinators.
