The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Act — LinkedIn Capture

Act — LinkedIn Capture is an internal tool for ON Partners consultants. On a LinkedIn profile, it shows whether that person already exists in Act, ON Partners' internal talent platform. If they do, it links straight to their record. If they don't, it captures the profile — name, title, company, location, work history, education, and profile URL — into Act with one click. This extension is for ON Partners employees only and requires an ON Partners account to sign in. It does nothing on any site other than linkedin.com.
