Accextension

Accextension – Accessibility for Everyone Accextension is a Google Chrome extension designed to improve web accessibility for everyday users. Many websites are not optimized for different accessibility needs, making it difficult for people with visual, cognitive, or interaction challenges to navigate and understand content. Accextension addresses this by allowing users to adapt websites to their own needs in real time. The extension offers multiple accessibility tools within a single, easy-to-use interface. For users with color vision deficiencies, Accextension provides optimized color filters for protanopia, deuteranopia, tritanopia, and achromatopsia, helping improve color distinction across websites. In addition, the extension includes ReadEase, a reading support feature designed for users with dyslexia or attention difficulties. It improves readability through font adjustments, spacing control, and simplified text presentation, making content easier to follow and understand. For users who rely on keyboard interaction, KeyNav enhances keyboard navigation by improving focus visibility and enabling smoother navigation across interactive elements without requiring a mouse. Accextension is lightweight, easy to use, and works seamlessly across most websites without modifying their structure. Users can enable or disable features instantly through a simple interface, maintaining full control over their browsing experience. By combining visual, cognitive, and interaction-based accessibility tools, Accextension aims to reduce barriers on the web and support a more inclusive and independent browsing experience for all users.
