The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About AC Remove Layer

AC Remove Layer instantly removes screen-blocking overlays (fake ad banners, full-screen popups) and text made unreadable by blur effects ("soft" paywalls), just by clicking the extension icon. How it works: - Click the icon when a page is blocked by an overlay or blurred text - Removes fixed/sticky, high z-index elements covering most of the viewport - Clears blur/backdrop-filter effects hiding the text - The icon badge shows how many elements were removed No automatic scanning: it only acts when you click the icon. No data is ever collected or transmitted.
