The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About A-Note

Because “the button looks weird” needs evidence. A‑Note lets you highlight text or page elements, add quick comments, and capture annotated screenshots - without leaving the page. Pick a colour. Point at the problem. Scribble your wisdom. Share or download. No accounts. No uploads. No mystery cloud. Your captures stay on your device until you say otherwise.
