The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About 7Solve Snap — solve a question from any PDF or page
Some questions cannot be copied: a scanned worksheet, a PDF in Chrome's viewer, a slide, a screenshot. 7Solve Snap photographs the part of the page you choose and hands it to 7Solve, where it is read, solved step by step and checked before you see the answer.
HOW IT WORKS • Click the toolbar icon, right-click → Snap this question, or tap the optional floating 7 on the page. • Drag a box around the question. The snip goes only to 7solve.7by.in. • Choose where it opens: in the side panel, docked beside what you are reading, or in a 7Solve tab. Your choice is remembered. • 7Solve reads the question, shows the detected text for you to correct, then solves it — with the same account, credits and notebook as the website.
WHAT YOU GET • A step-by-step solution with a final answer, method, working and verification. • Every answer is checked on your device — the arithmetic recomputed, the answer substituted back into your question — independently of the AI that wrote it. • Learning tools on every answer: explain simply, each step in detail, why the method works, a harder or easier version, a quiz, flashcards, a mind map, a revision sheet. • Current-affairs items are answered as what happened, key facts, background, why it matters and possible exam questions — never as a calculation. • A new snip always replaces the last; nothing piles up.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No access to any page until you ask. The icon and the right-click item use Chrome's one-tab permission that lapses when you leave the page. • The floating button and the panel's own Snap button need page access, which is asked for only when you turn them on. • Recent snips stay in this browser only, and you can remove any of them or clear them all. • Nothing runs in the background. Nothing is tracked.
Works on Chrome and Edge (desktop). Needs an internet connection to solve — 7Solve Snap is 7Solve, not a copy of it.
