The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About 4/5, Liebling! Audio and Video Slowdown
This browser extension adds a switch that reduces the playback speed of media content (first and foremost, the podcast "Wie war der Tag, Liebling?" in the ARD Audiothek) to 4/5 or 80%, also lowering the pitch of voices. A much requested effect among "Lieblingen".
