Features:
- when you close an active tab, the focus goes to the last selected tab;
- you can choose default behaviour for a new tab;
- you can “pin” current tab, so it will not be used for “last selected” behaviour;
- there is a quick-options menu, where you can choose several basic behaviours
(like “open a new tab in foreground or background”, or “move a new tab to the start or to the end of tabs list”);

 - pin-unpin for LUO (last used order) can now be done by simple clicking on the button in omnibox (address bar);
