To use the J2team Chrome Extension: 

  1. Open Google chrome browser 
  2. Go to "chrome://extensions" 
  3. Enable the "J2Team" extension by clicking on its icon (it should be at the top right corner of this page) 
  4. Click on "Open Task Manager" or click on one of the icons below it (depending on which configuration mode you want to enter):

Once inside Task manager: 

-You can see all active tasks in chronological order with current time stamp attached; if any task has been completed then it will have a red X next to its name indicating so; alternatively if there are no tasks currently open then this view may show only Last 7 days' worth of data instead (-d for history), both indicators being updated every second as new data arrives from servers 

  -There is an option underneath each task called 'Details': here you'll find information about Duration/time limit reached(if applicable), Remaining Time/hours remaining etc.; additionally column at
