The Chrome Theme Creator is a free Chrome extension that lets you easily create and customize your own custom web browser themes. It's easy to use, and all you need is some basic knowledge of CSS. Once you've installed the extension, open it up by clicking the icon on the toolbar or going to chrome://extensions/ . You'll see a list of available themes. Click on one to load its menu, and then click on Design → Theme Options . In theTheme Options window, there are several sections: General , Colors & Fonts , Backgrounds & Images , Buttons& Forms , Screensaver & Wallpaper . 

To change a theme's settings, simply click on any of these sections and adjust as needed. For example: To change the colors for text fields, select Text Fields from the dropdown menu in General section and choose your desired colors from Color Picker dialog box. 

Once you're satisfied with your changes, save your theme by clicking Savetheme at the bottom of Theme Options window. If you wantto delete a specific theme from this list instead of deleting it completely from Chrome browser altogether, first disable it (by unchecking Enable ) in Extensions page before deleting it - otherwise it'll stay around even after disabling!
