Allows you to access your bookmarks in a popup menu, without keeping the bookmarks bar open.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are on Windows, this is only a subset of the functionality provided by the –bookmark-menu option, so that is probably preferable. On Linux, however, there is no such option, so an HTML popup will have to do. I am not sure what the situation is on Mac yet.
This is a revised version of Quick Bookmarks by Sunny Goyal, who no longer uses it and gave me their blessing to continue development under the GPL. Compared to the old version, this one:

- Supports bookmarklets

- Supports folders
- Displays favicons next to bookmark names (via getfavicon.appspot.com)
- Contains new internal icons from GNOME’s stock collection

Change Log:

- Load favicons directly if possible

    As –bookmark-menu doesn’t work on Linux, I as kind of hoping for this extension to be able to replace it. However it doesn’t show folders :(

    Screenshot now up! There’s no way to get the GTK+ theme font that I know of, but I can add font selection to the options page if anyone needs it.

    would be great if you could select more than one folder of bookmarks such as bookmark toolbar and other bookmarks so that you can remove the bookmark toolbar

    Everyone: You can now click on subfolders to load them. I’ll be adding multiple roots and upward navigation soon, but this should at least make it possible to ditch the bookmarks bar.

    With those features now added, I’ve decided there’s no need for the options page and have ditched it. What you see when you click the action button is the same as what you’d see in the bookmarks bar, just listed vertically. You can get to any other folder from there.
