   Looks pretty good. The only downside is that you can’t view images in your emails.

   I have a request, can you add an option to allow you to go directly to your webpage that has your email rather than a popup? Something similar to the Gmail Checker extension.

   I downloaded this extension I logged into my mail account decided I did not like it and unintsalled it.

   The next day everyone in my address book received a spam email containing a virus saying it was sent from my email address I am very upset about this I have never had anything like this happen I should have known better than to trust anything third party developer and now i find out this guy is from China so there’s your explanation China and Russia are huge sources of this sort of thing so you have been warned watch out for this extension.

   Thanks for your report and I am sorry for this but I think this is not my extension problem.

   First, my extension is OPEN SOURCE product, that you can unzip the crx file and view the source code,
   I DID NOT contain any viruses or script to collect anyone information.

   Second, my extension is base on m.yahoo.com, it is mobile version of yahoo inc. and the email service is provided by yahoo, so it should save and secure. You can check this link : m.yahoo.com is seem as my extension.

   Confirming that this extension DOES NOT HAVE A VIRUS.

   however i dont like the interface.

   i’d rather have an icon alerting me to mail and then i’d click it and it’d take me to the yahoo mail page already logged on

   Excellent extension, I was so hoping something like this. Just one problem with it, that makes it far less useful: it doesn’t indicate if there is new email!!!! Can that feature be placed? it will make it very useful then.

   The interface and everything else is great. Thanks for this, hope you can put that notifier soon thanks

   Wow that is great, it already has a notifier

   Couple of cosmetic ideas:
   1- Since you mention it uses the yahoo mobile version, mebe you can put a link somewhere or option to open your actual yahoomail in chrome. This is mainly because the mobile interface does not show html emails etc so it will help if there is an option to open the actual yahoomail in a new tab.

   2-When there is no email, the notifier shows “?” and when there are emails it shows the number which is great. Just thinking mebe u can remove “?” and dont show anything if there isnt any new email and perhaps reserve “?” if there are some connection problems etc…

   but still a great extension. Great work!

    great extensions!! only one thing: if arrive new email appear the number near the icon of Yahoo Mail (the letter Y) is there a chance to launch a popup or something similar in case of new email?

    In this way I’m not forced to look the icon every 10 seconds..
