More about this extension

This is a new version of an extension that I found on the network.
I added the ability to configure whether to use Gmail to send mail directly or the client system.
For the Latin languages have also placed the subject that was originally created in the wrong if there is a letter with an accent.

  • Add a field in the options for managing "support googlemail apps for domains" (Not tested)
  • Now if you select a text in the page will insert as the body of the email before the link

    Nice extension, but why is the mail button in the omnibar?
    I would prefer it to be outside of the omnibar between the other extension buttons.

    It would be even better if it added selected text to the body of the message. (As well as the link.)

    nice, as I see it supports gmail too!

    Thanks, but please do not start “b” versions as they do not show up in “chrome://extensions/”
    Just increment the numbering, there is no need for letters in the version name…

    the version 1.0.1b exist only in this page, inside the crx file have 1.0.1

    Anyone know why this extension only works one time per session? If I click it on a new launch of Chrome, it works fine. If I find another link I want to email someone, it will not launch my default email application’s (Outlook 2007) new mail window. If I close Chrome and go back to that link to send and click the Send Link extension, it works fine, but for only sending the one link. If I find another link to send, again, it will not work the second time? Any ideas? I am running Chrome 4.0.266.0 on Windows Vista Business 32-bit.

    Work but being a button off the page needs to have an active page. Try clicking inside the body of the page you want to send. I think Outlook does not allow you to create multiple drafts at once

    I know that it is not optimal but I am happy that i found out something at all. :-)
