There is already http://www.chromeextensions.org/other/googledocspdfviewer/ (which seems to me more complete version (yes, I’m its author)). Your extension does not automatically convert links like this one: http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.100.6671&rep=rep1&type=pdf and does not provide a way to force such links to open in the DocsViewer.
