Yes, Shareaholic does work with w7 x64. Try downloading it from the official Chrome gallery page:

Are you using the Developer build of Chrome? Maybe this extension may need it???

You will need the latest developer build of Chrome 4.0+ to run Shareaholic. To use extensions on the Mac you have to be using the latest build of Chromium (the newest dev build of Chrome for Mac doesn’t support extensions properly yet). Can you tell us which version of Chrome you’re running?
