More about this extension

Glow lets you write anything you want on the Google homepage, in the Google font!
Works on any country’s homepage: google.com, google.co.uk, google.fr… etc.
After the install, go to the options page, enter any text you want to display and then go to the Google homepage!
Currently works with characters: a-z, A-Z and 'space' 

** v0.2 now with multiline support and all numbers (0-9)

** v0.2.2 Fixed New Olympic Logo doodle change to Google homepage

** v0.3 Special characters added ! " $ % ^ * ( ) - _ = : ; @ ' ~ < , > . ? / \

    It seems you forgot to ship the font with the plugin… My Google home page just has broken image icons where the letters should be.

    Doesn’t work. The images of the letters don’t load when you visit the Google homepage.

    Sorry about that. It’s the ‘appid’. When I uploaded it I didn’t know the appid of the extension, which it uses to link to the font. If you download the upgrade (latest version is 0.2.1) it will all work fine.

    Furthermore there’s no [Install for Chrome] -button on this whole page, either…
    The only way seems to go be the “older versions” -page, which contains same,
    but older plugins, with the same faults as in the newest version. O_o …?…

    I think it’s awesome. Go to extensions(the icon on the toolbar that looks like a wrench) and click on options and add what you want.

    I am no programmer, but i have the Chrome available as of 5/7/10, and none of the versions work. all of it is broken image icons. Help Moi?
