More about this extension

This one was the first extension i’ve made. I wanted this type of extension myself. Maybe someone wants it too. I’ll try to update it with new functions when i have free time.

    Hm… looks exactly like the standard example by Google. What’s different?

    Standard one from Google shows just photos found by “hello world” keyword. This one shows marked as “interesting” ones. Sure i’ve taken the google’s example and rebuilded it, because wanted the example to start. But i liked the result i’ve got, so that now i can just relax during the day and see some of random latest interesting photos, without going to flickr and searchnig. If you dont want it-just uninstall it :) For me it was just test application to learn how to deploy it and that’s all. If you like it and have some ideas about expanding it-tell them here and i’ll try to implement all the features requested.

    I have an idea: make the keyword(s) configurable, and maybe in a near future add some others websites like deviantART or Picasa, if that’s possible =P

    Armstrong, about keywords- its just a matter of time(nice idea) ;) about Picasa or DA-i’ve done this extension using flickr API..Don’t know if these services have their own API too.. I’ll see if they do.

    lovely extensions, but i’d like to photo’s to automatically open in a new background tab, since i often want to click 5 or more photo’s… now i have to use CTRL+Click.

    Also, half of the photo’s don’t load (because All Sizes aren’t made available in some photos on flickr). It’d be much greater to show the real Flickr page instead of a jpeg, since i often want to see more photo’s of the photographer if i really like one photo. Now it’s impossible to ever find out who even made it.

    Thanks though, already loving this inspring extension :)
