   Text instructions:
   Surf to an Online Radio Site like Sky.FM
   From Sky.FM, right click any of the blue boxes that say “96k” and choose “Save Target As” (Save Link As for FireFox).
   Save this file to your computer. (It will be named something like “genre.pls”)
   Use a text editor program to open the file.
   Look for any entry in the file that starts with “File1=” IE: File1=http://160.79.128.61:7724
   Copy the “URL” that appears after “File1=” IE: http://160.79.128.61:7724
   Paste this “URL” into the “Media URL” field in the “About Land>Media Tab>Media URL” field

    ok when you went to sky .fm site it lets you listen so you you right click on one you need, you may have to experiment till you download correct one!

    look in document for File1=http://88.191.13.57:7002 (IP may not be same as this is love channel one)
    this what you need to copy over existing IP address
    in extension file with this name abdijgoljleklodlbkgiihcfaocdjkcg

    find and open background.html you might need get this file to view http://www.filehippo.com/download_notepad/
    and just over write old IP address

    Sorry if seems hard as i did not make extension just trying to make so can use all year round
