I like it and it has helped my concentration a lot. My suggestion is to make it more difficult to disable the block function or have an option to make it more difficult. Example: requiring a long series of questions to be answered before disabling (Are you sure you want to disable this option? Yes. Are you sure? Yes. Are you really sure? Yes. etc.).

Great solution! Easy to Work with and config. I’m using this to help me to concentrate on my work and filter my son’s navigation.
I have a suggestion : Create an Chrome Extension which block the access to the History page in Chrome, so the user won’t be able to erase it. This will be very used by parents on caring for their children’s use of internet.
